Return & Cancellation Policy

Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions within 14 days.

Electronics and Mobiles

The product must be returned in their original condition otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Incase of a manufacturing defect, the product must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. Any defected item will be accepted under the warranty process (if applicable).
Incase the product has been used, or the products original box is unsealed, the refund will be rejected and the product will be returned back to the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please note: the customer must pay the shipping charges.

Fashion ware

Apparels such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bra, socks & tights are not eligible for return as per the rules .
Apparel products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact. If the conditions are not met, the items will not be subjected to return.
Footwear, eyewear, watches, contact lenses (sealed) bags & luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags completely intact. If items for return are found open or used, it will not be eligible for return and may lead to your request being rejected.

Beauty and Health

Beauty (Cosmetics, Skin Care, hair care, body-care etc.), perfumes and Health products that are unsealed and used will not be accepted for return.
In accordance to the global standard, personal care items like hair and personal care, vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.

Home & Kitchen

Home décor & accessories products are accepted for return only if the items are not used & free from any damage and must be in the original packaging.
Unwrapped bedding products, furniture & large home appliances will not be accepted for return.
Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are faulty or damaged.

Sports & Outdoors

Products eligible for return can be returned only if the product is not used and is in the original packaging.
Gym accessories which is open /used not eligible for returns.
Vitamins-dietary supplements and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.

Toys & Games

Any costumes are non-returnable.
Toys & Games that has been used or has any missing parts upon return will not be accepted.

Baby Products

Hygiene-related products, feeding & training accessories, diapers, bath care and other related products, are not eligible for return.
Baby Products that are eligible for return must be in their original condition.

Grocery

Automotive

If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.
Incase the product must be returned it must be in its original condition (unused).
If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was damaged or the product was unsealed, the refund will be rejected and the product will be returned back to the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Tools & Home Improvement

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
Any item which is used, scratched or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Pet Supplies

Products are eligible for return if they are unused, and are in their original packaging. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
Perishable goods such as food treats and supplements are not subjected to return.

Stationery & Office Supplies

The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.)
Any damaged or used item will not be accepted for return.

Digital Cards or Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on digital cards or gift cards. Digital Cards or Gift Cards are non-replaceable / non-refundable.

Note: Incase of any rejection for the return, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional.
Information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account by providing us your bank details No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
